Yes - We ask for a small deposit to confirm your booking. There is also a security deposit which is paid when the final balance is due. This security deposit is returned once the items are returned to us and we have confirmed there is no damage.

Once the equipment has been received by yourself, you are responsible for it. Please read our terms and conditions.

There is a 24 hour support service - and we will come out if necessary - However, if the error is down to user error, there will be a call out fee charged.
